Managed Hosting

Your website deserves infrastructure that performs as well as it looks. Creative Link runs your sites on hardened, monitored infrastructure with backups, updates, and incident response handled — so your team gets the uptime, speed, and security you need without becoming part-time sysadmins.

The Problem

"Cheap" hosting almost always isn't. Slow page loads cost conversions. Shared infrastructure means a noisy neighbor can take you down. Patches go unapplied. Backups are configured but never tested. And when something breaks at 2am, you're refreshing a status page hoping someone else is awake.

When the site does go down, finding out who owns the fix — your developer, your host, or some forgotten contractor — wastes hours every business spends scrambling instead of selling.

Solution: Hosting With a Team Behind It

We host your sites on infrastructure we control, hardened to our standards, and we monitor it ourselves. Patches, certificates, backups, and security updates are handled on a schedule. Performance is tuned. Issues are surfaced before users notice — and resolved by the same people who built the site.

You get one accountable team for hosting, support, and code changes. No finger-pointing, no ticket queues, no cheap "managed" plan that's really just shared hosting with a higher price tag.

Our Approach

Phase 1: Assessment and Sizing

We evaluate the application, traffic patterns, performance targets, and compliance constraints. From there we right-size the infrastructure — not over-provisioned to pad invoices, not under-provisioned to save a dollar.

For most sites this is a Linux VPS or container stack with a CDN in front. Higher-traffic sites get autoscaling and dedicated resources. We pick what fits.

Phase 2: Hardening and Migration

We provision new infrastructure to a documented baseline: minimal attack surface, restricted SSH, automatic OS patching, fail2ban, TLS everywhere, and a web application firewall in front. Configuration is in version control — reproducible, auditable.

Migration is staged, tested, and cut over with DNS warmed in advance. For most sites we target zero downtime and rollback-in-minutes if anything's off.

Phase 3: Monitoring and Backups

Uptime, response time, error rate, disk, and SSL expiry are all monitored 24/7 with alerting that reaches a human. Backups run daily, are stored off-site, and are restore-tested on a recurring schedule — because a backup you've never restored isn't a backup.

You get visibility through a dashboard and a monthly report covering uptime, performance, security events, and any incidents.

Phase 4: Ongoing Operations

Patches, dependency updates, certificate renewals, and platform upgrades are handled on a defined cadence — never on a "we'll get to it" basis. Performance regressions are investigated and fixed before they cost you traffic.

When something does break, you have one named escalation path with humans who know your stack. Most incidents are detected and resolved before you would have noticed them.

What You Get

Right-Sized Infrastructure

Dedicated or container-based hosting matched to your traffic and performance needs. CDN, caching, and TLS termination configured for fast time-to-first-byte everywhere your users are.

Security Hardening and WAF

A documented security baseline applied at provisioning: locked-down access, automatic patching, web application firewall, rate limiting, and bot mitigation in front of the application.

Daily Off-Site Backups

Automated daily backups of files and databases stored off-site, retained on a defined schedule, and restore-tested regularly. Point-in-time recovery available for higher tiers.

24/7 Monitoring and Alerting

Uptime, latency, error rates, disk, and certificate expiry watched around the clock. When something exceeds a threshold, a human gets paged — not a queue you have to find.

Patching and Maintenance

OS updates, dependency upgrades, framework security patches, and TLS certificate renewals all handled on a defined schedule. Major version upgrades planned, tested, and rolled out without downtime.

Monthly Performance Report

A monthly report covering uptime, performance percentiles, security events, backups verified, and any incidents — written for humans, not just sysadmins.
