Video Production

Video is the most persuasive medium in your marketing arsenal — when it's done right. Creative Link produces brand films, customer testimonials, product demos, and social content that capture attention, communicate your value, and convert viewers into customers.

The Problem

Most company video either looks expensive but says nothing, or says everything but looks amateur. Either way the viewer drops off in the first 10 seconds — and your investment never pays back.

Production cycles drag on. Briefs get reinterpreted. Versions multiply. By the time the final cut lands, the campaign has shifted and the asset feels stale before it ever ships.

Solution: Story-First Video Production

We build video around a clear narrative purpose first — what one thing should the viewer take away, and what action should they take next? Production decisions, from script to shot list to edit pacing, are all in service of that goal.

You get videos that earn attention in the first three seconds, hold it through the message, and end with a frame that drives the next click. And you get them on a timeline that keeps pace with your marketing, not behind it.

Our Approach

Phase 1: Strategy and Story

We start with what the video has to do — drive demos, close enterprise deals, recruit talent, explain a complex product. From there we shape the narrative: who's speaking, what they're saying, who they're saying it to, and what changes for the viewer.

No production decision happens before the story is locked. This is what separates video that performs from video that just exists.

Phase 2: Pre-Production

Script, shot list, storyboard, location scouting, talent and interview prep, gear and crew planning. We finalize creative direction and visual language so the shoot day is about capturing what's planned, not making it up on set.

Interview subjects get prep documents in advance. Locations get walked. Schedules account for setup, breaks, and B-roll. Nothing is left to chance.

Phase 3: Production and Capture

Cinema-grade cameras, professional lighting, dedicated audio engineering, and an on-set director keeping the day pointed at the story. We capture everything needed for the primary cut plus B-roll, alternate angles, and pickups.

Live monitoring lets you review takes in real time and approve before we move on. Most engagements complete principal photography in one to two production days.

Phase 4: Post-Production

Editing, color grading, sound design, music, motion graphics, and titling. We deliver a rough cut for direction-level feedback, then converge through two structured revision rounds to a locked final.

Each video is exported in every format you'll actually use — long-form 16:9, square 1:1 for feed, vertical 9:16 for stories and Reels, plus captions and silent-friendly versions for autoplay.

What You Get

Creative Brief and Script

A documented brief and finalized script defining the story, audience, message hierarchy, and call to action. Locks alignment before production starts and prevents scope drift.

Shot List and Storyboard

A frame-by-frame visual plan covering every shot, angle, and transition. Ensures shoot day execution matches the creative vision and gives stakeholders something concrete to approve.

Hero Long-Form Video

The primary cut — typically 60 to 180 seconds — in 4K and 1080p with full color grade and sound design. Delivered with and without captions, ready for your homepage, sales motion, and YouTube.

Social Cutdowns

15-, 30-, and 60-second cuts in 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16 — each crafted for the platform, not just resized. Burned-in captions and silent-friendly first frames included.

Stills and Thumbnails

Curated still frames pulled from the shoot for use as thumbnails, social posts, blog headers, and presentation imagery — color-graded to match the video.

Source Files and Asset Library

Raw footage, project files, and an organized library of B-roll and supporting assets. So future cuts, repurposing, or refreshes don't require starting from scratch.
