Day 1: Plan

A 30-minute planning call. We talk through your space, your team, what you sell, and what you want the photos to do. We send you a simple shot list and prep guide (what to wear, what to clean off the desk).

Day 2 or 3: Shoot

We come to you. 5 to 6 hours on site with full lighting kit and gear. Headshots, team shots, environmental, product. We work around your schedule so customers and staff aren't disrupted.

Day 7: Delivery

60+ professionally edited images delivered via online gallery. High-res files for print, web-optimized for your site, social-cropped versions for Instagram and Facebook. Yours to use however you want, forever.

Creative Link is a Monument, CO based creative agency. We don't drive in from Denver, charge a travel fee, and rush back before sundown. We're 10 minutes away, and we know the light here. The way Pikes Peak glows at golden hour, how the sun hits the south-facing storefronts on 2nd Street in the morning, where the natural-light pockets are inside Tri-Lakes businesses.

It also means we can swing by for a quick reshoot if something didn't quite work. No re-billing for travel, no scheduling around a multi-week production slot. Brand work is personal, and being local makes it easier to do well.

Why $1,500?

Honest answer: this scope normally runs $3,500 to $5,000 at standard rates. A full-day commercial shoot with multiple shot categories, professional editing, and full usage rights is real work, with real costs (photographer time, lighting kit, edit hours).

We're offering 5 of these to Monument businesses this quarter at a steep discount because we want to show what real photography does to a small business's brand. The Cell-phone-snapshots-and-prayer approach has a ceiling. We want to put work in your portfolio that breaks that ceiling.

What if I have more than 10 staff?
Additional headshots are $40 each, scheduled within the same shoot day. We just need a heads-up so the photographer can pace the day correctly.

Do you do studio shots or only on-location?
On-location is the default since the whole point of the Brand Day is photographing your actual space. We bring portable backdrops and lighting if you want a clean studio-style headshot setup, which we set up in any room with 8x10 feet of clear space.

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Most shots are indoor anyway, so we shoot rain or shine. If you specifically wanted outdoor exterior shots and the weather is genuinely unworkable (heavy snow, hail, etc.), we reschedule that portion at no charge. Living here, we know weather is real.

My space is small / not photo-ready. Will it still work?
Almost always, yes. Photographers are good at finding angles. We'll send a prep guide before the shoot (clear surfaces, minimize visible cables, light cleanup) and we work with what's there. We've shot in tiny offices, garage workshops, and home-based businesses with great results.

Can I pick more than one of the product/food shot category?
The 15+ product/food shots are within one category to keep the lighting setup focused. If you have a hybrid business (e.g., a café that also sells retail products), we can split them, but the total stays at 15+. If you need much more product photography, we can scope that as a separate shoot.

What do I get to do with the photos?
Anything you want. Web, social, print, ads, signage, packaging, billboards, business cards. Full unlimited usage rights, in perpetuity. No annual license, no per-use fees, no rules about resizing or reposting. They're yours.

What if I don't like the edits?
One round of light revisions is included (color, crop, retouching tweaks). If something feels off after that, we'll talk. Major direction changes (different mood, different style) are a separate scope, but it's rare we get there. The planning call sets expectations before we shoot.

I'm in Palmer Lake / Black Forest / Tri-Lakes. Can I still book?
Monument is home, but we honor the same offer for Palmer Lake, Black Forest, Tri-Lakes, and northern Colorado Springs as long as spots remain. Reach out and we'll confirm.

What if all 5 spots are full?
We'll tell you up front. No fake urgency. You can join the waitlist for next quarter at the same rate, or move forward at our standard project pricing if you'd rather not wait.

Do you do video too?
Video isn't part of the Brand Day. We do offer brand films, social video, and product video as separate engagements. Mention it on the planning call and we'll scope it as an add-on if you want to capture both in one production day.
