Is there a monthly fee after the build?

Yes, but it's small. $49/month covers the AI usage (the underlying model costs us money per conversation), hosting the widget, and ongoing uptime. No long-term contract; cancel any time and the bubble comes off your site.

What if it makes something up or gets an answer wrong?

We tightly scope the AI to only answer using the information you give us. If a customer asks something outside that scope (odd hours, custom quotes, unusual requests), it's instructed to say so and capture their info for you to follow up. It's a receptionist, not a know-it-all.

Will it work on my website?

Yes. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, custom builds, anything that lets you paste a script tag. It's one line of code and we'll install it for you, or coordinate with whoever maintains your site.

Conversations are stored securely on our servers (US-based), never sold or shared, and we don't train any model on them. The AI provider (Anthropic) doesn't train on customer data either. We can delete conversation history on request at any time.

Can I update what it knows after launch?

Absolutely. You get a simple admin where you can edit hours, prices, FAQ (anything the AI references), and the changes go live in seconds. Don't want to manage it yourself? Email us and we'll update it for you, no charge for normal tweaks.
